To qualify as a distributor, you must:
- Be regularly engaged in the resale of compatible items.
- Familiar with your territory, have an experienced sales team and good prospects ready to consider the new line.
- Dun & Bradstreet must have you listed with an SIC code identifying your company as a distributor.
- Have an excellent credit history.
